Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that due to the exclusive service that we provide, and the extremely low numbers on the boat, cancellations and reservation changes FOR ANY REASON harm our business.

Therefore: cancellations or reservation changes less than 48 hours will be charged in full.

Private Charters (which reserve the entire boat) are especially hard to fill due to last minute cancellations or reservation changes, therefore, private charters have a ten day cancellation policy. This means that private charters that are canceled or changed less than ten days before the scheduled date and time will be charged in full.

Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter are the busiest times in St Martin. ALL reservations made for any time between the 20th of November and the 1st of December or the 22nd of December and the 4th of January or the 1st of April to the 10th of April will be subjected to a ten day cancellation policy. This means that any services scheduled during the above dates that are canceled or changed less than ten days before the scheduled date and time will be charged in full.

Since we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy, we recommend that you take travel insurance in case you would have to cancel your reservation due to flight complications, injury, loss of luggage, etc…..
