Located at the highest point of St. Martin, this adventure starts with a bus rise to the top of the mountain. From there, you’re sent zip lining through the treetops for a heart pumping, adrenaline rushing thrill ride.
This thrilling endeavor operates Tuesday to Sunday at 10 AM, 12 PM and 2 PM. Unfortunately, there are no reservations for this activity as it works on a first come first serve basis, so make sure to get there early to save yourself a spot.
Check Out Tropical Butterflies and Other Local Wildlife
For those who enjoy more relaxing activities, a stroll through the butterfly parks or the St. Martin Zoological Park might be a suiting activity.
Take a walk through the tropical rainforest at the Butterfly Farm and watch the beautiful butterflies flutter overhead. If you stand still, you may even be able to get a closer look at these tropical creatures as they are known to land on careful visitors. The tours for the butterfly farm last around 15 to 20 minutes and includes a brief explanation from a tour guide on the evolutionary cycle of the butterfly.
You can also stop and visit the local wildlife at the St. Martin Zoological Park. The St. Martin Zoological Park is the largest in the Caribbean and has a variety of animals, birds and many different local species. Macaws, parrots and other birds fly freely in this area and if you pick up some food in the beginning, you may be able to meet a few new friends along the way.
